As an Automation Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver training programs and workshops on automation technologies and tools to individuals. You will play a crucial role in educating and upskilling students & professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop Training Programs: Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, to effectively teach automation concepts and tools.
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions and workshops to diverse groups of participants, ranging from beginners to advanced users, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
Customize Training Content: Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, adapting materials to different industries, job roles, and organizational requirements.
Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to participants during training sessions, helping them troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and understand automation concepts thoroughly.
Demonstrate Tools and Technologies: Show participants how to effectively use automation tools, software, and platforms, providing hands-on demonstrations and real-world examples to enhance their understanding.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and post-training assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve the quality of future sessions.
Support Sales and Marketing Efforts: Assist the sales and marketing teams by conducting product demonstrations, participating in conferences or events, and contributing to the development of marketing collateral.
Continuous Learning: Continuously update your own knowledge and skills in automation technologies and instructional techniques to ensure the delivery of high-quality training experiences.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in test automation engineer or trainer.
Strong knowledge of Selenium and Java.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of expertise.
Experience delivering training or instructional sessions to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
