1) Job Role will be a Semi Voice Process

2) Responsible to handle customer’s chats & calls (outbound and inbound) to address customer’s queries and requirements.

3) Assist with placement of orders, product enquiries and suggestions.

4) To provide all necessary information asked by the customers.

5) Engaging customers in positive conversations

6) Identify customer needs and determine the correct solutions.

7) Upselling the products to customers

8) Utilizing knowledge of products or services to effectively assist customers

9) Record details of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and other information in the relevant provided portals.

10) Update customer’s information including contact information with area pin code.

11) Maintain quality standard and ensure adherence to the quality parameters & ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Total Work: 4 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Telugu (preferred)
- Tamil (preferred)
