**Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to safeguard against potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that align with business needs.
- Manage network infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
- Perform routine network maintenance tasks, such as backups and software updates.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related queries.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the network remains current and efficient.
- Assist in planning and executing disaster recovery procedures.

**Requirements**:

- CCNA certification is required.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and protocols.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques.
- Solid understanding of network security practices and protocols.
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
