Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- IT Support:
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer, network, and printer problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in office management duties, including organizing meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of IT and administrative functions.
- Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and best practices in administration.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to security and confidentiality.
- Participate in training and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of combined experience in IT support and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and systems administration.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Certification in IT support or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) is a plus.
