**Job Description: Field Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection and Fieldwork**:

- Conduct field visits to designated areas to gather data as per project requirements.
- Collect accurate and reliable information through surveys, interviews, or other methods.
- Verify and validate the data collected on-site to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- **Customer/Client Interaction**:

- Engage with customers/clients professionally while gathering information.
- Address queries or concerns during the data collection process.
- Build and maintain trust with respondents to encourage honest and accurate responses.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Record and maintain detailed notes of collected data, observations, and findings.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities and data collected.
- **Team Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams to align field activities with organizational goals.
- Share insights and feedback from the field to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards during fieldwork.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the data collected.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in fieldwork, data collection, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to collect and report data accurately.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry tools.
- Familiarity with local geography and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation (if applicable).
