**Description**: - Should know Advanced Excel & Google Sheets very well. - Should Know How to Make Sla Reports, Daily Reports. - Experience working on Ms Word, Ppt, Excel, V Look Up, H Look Up, Index, Match, Offset,query, Pivot Table,Charts,creating - Intergrated Dashboards, Macro, Google script, regex,importdata,Filter,LAMBDA,Xlookup, google sheet add-ons. - Knowledge of Data Management, Data Compiling, Collation. **Roles & Responsibility: ** MIS Report generation & Database Management. Analysis of monthly / weekly spends and revenue data, identifying the issues and the errors and work with the team to solve for them Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data. Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders Extracting of data into spreadsheet and preparing monthly consolidation of accounts using analytical and excellent spreadsheet skills Preparation of monthly Financial MIS (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual) Creation of multiple Excel based Dashboards for Reporting and analysis of Finances/Revenue/Payments reasoning skills to identify reasons for variances Analyze Business Information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness Create MIS Systems on Google Sheets & Google Dashboard for effective management of the business **Experience**: 3 years to 5 years. **Location**: Navi Mumbai **Industry**: Real Estate **Functional Area**:
