Data Analysis Executive (IT Services & Digital Marketing)

**Location**: Kharadi, Pune

**Experience**: 5 years in IT services and digital marketing with expertise in international markets

**Salary**: ₹4 LPA

**Key Responsibilities:1. Data Collection and Management**:

- Gather data from multiple sources, including marketing campaigns, CRM systems, and business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Maintain a well-organized database for easy access and reporting.

**2. Data Analysis and Interpretation**:

- Analyze data to measure the performance of IT services and digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to optimize business strategies.
- Evaluate international market data to identify opportunities and risks.

**3. Reporting and Visualization**:

- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
- Use data visualization tools to make complex data understandable and actionable.
- Provide recommendations based on data findings to improve marketing and operational performance.

**4. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align data insights with business goals.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Assist in developing data-driven strategies to target international markets effectively.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in data collection and analysis processes and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and industry trends to enhance data analysis capabilities.

**Requirements:Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum 70% marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
- A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Professional Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in data analysis for IT services and digital marketing, focusing on international markets.
- Proven ability to deliver insights that drive business success.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and IT services KPIs.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
