**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Cook**: Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standards set by the Head Chef.
- **Manage Section**: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauce, fish, meat, pastry) and ensure it runs efficiently during service.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant’s standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste within your section.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
- **Training**: Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs, in cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- **Adaptability**: Be flexible and willing to assist in other sections of the kitchen as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.
