**Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to meet the learning needs of our target audience.

Your role will involve both online and offline training delivery, curriculum development, and collaboration with the marketing team to align training with industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Create and update training syllabus and curriculum based on industry trends and advancements.
Design engaging and practical learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals.

**Training Delivery**:Deliver digital marketing training programs to individuals and groups, utilizing both online and offline formats.
Foster a positive and interactive learning environment to enhance participants' understanding and skills.

**Evaluation and Modification**:Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make modifications as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing to enhance the relevance of training content.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to align training programs with current and upcoming digital marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.

Foster a collaborative and team-oriented learning environment.

**Progress Monitoring**:Maintain detailed records of trainee progress and provide regular feedback to management.
Implement strategies to address individual learning needs and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in curriculum development and training delivery is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
