**Course Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Creating engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, slide decks, case studies, and practical exercises to facilitate effective learning.

Skill Assessment: Assessing the skills and knowledge levels of trainees through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises to gauge their progress and understanding of the course material.

Feedback and Support: Providing constructive feedback and guidance to trainees, addressing their queries, and offering personalized assistance to help them overcome challenges and improve their skills.

**Staff Job Responsibilities**:
Training Needs Analysis: Conducting assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization's marketing team or specific departments. Collaborating with management to determine training objectives and priorities.

Training Program Development: Designing and implementing customized training programs to address identified skill gaps and align with the organization's marketing goals and strategies.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the progress of staff members throughout the training process, evaluating their performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with managers to measure the impact of the training programs on staff members' skills and the overall marketing effectiveness.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the training content remains relevant and up-to-date. Sharing industry insights and best practices with staff members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Mentorship and Support: Offering ongoing mentorship and support to staff members, serving as a resource they can turn to for guidance and assistance in their digital marketing endeavors.

A digital marketing trainer in both course and staff job roles plays a vital role in building the digital marketing capabilities of individuals and organizations. They are responsible for developing training programs, delivering engaging instruction, assessing skills, and providing ongoing support to help trainees and staff members excel in the dynamic field of digital marketing.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
