Job Description:
Job Title: Legal Associate - LTS (Contract Management)
Location: Epiq Global, Hyderabad, India

Summary

Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and maintain repositories of legal documents such as contracts, notices, and agreements.
- Review legal documents for relevancy, privilege, and data privacy issues.
- Perform contract summarization, abstraction, and annotation across a range of agreements including NDAs, MSAs, license, and distribution agreements.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing findings, reports, tables, and exhibits.
- Collaborate across departments and engage in knowledge sharing of best practices.
- Utilize contract management platforms (CLM tools) and adopt new technologies effectively.
- Conduct quality control checks and track metrics related to document review processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information at all times.
- Meet daily targets and quality standards with mínimal supervision.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Maintain a professional and ethical approach, fostering a positive team environment.

Education & Qualifications
- LLB (3-year or 5-year program) required; LLM (optional) from India or abroad.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in document review.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with litigation management tools such as Relativity preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex contractual language.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts, including U.S. business hours, based on business needs.
