Center Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and operation of a preschool. Their specific roles and responsibilities may vary depending on the school or program, but generally include:
Implementing policies, procedures, and curricula that align with state and local regulations and best practices in early childhood education.

Managing the budget and financial operations of the center.

Hiring, training, and supervising staff members, including teachers and support staff.

Maintaining records and documentation for compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.

Communicating with parents and guardians to keep them informed about the center's activities and their child's progress.

Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Developing and implementing a strategic plan for the center.

Monitoring and evaluating the quality of the educational program, services, and activities.

Creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and positive environment for children, families, and staff.

Coordinating and supervising the work of all staff members.

Overall, the preschool center head plays a critical role in ensuring that the center is providing high-quality education and care to young children and their families, while also managing the center effectively and efficiently with safety as top priority.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
