**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create original têxtile designs for athleisure wear, blending luxury aesthetics with functional performance fabrics.
- Develop prints, patterns, textures, and color palettes aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless translation from concept to final product.
- Research global fashion trends, têxtile innovations, and sustainable materials for product development.
- Prepare design boards, fabric swatches, and digital mock-ups for internal reviews and presentations.
- Liaise with têxtile mills, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain an organized archive of designs, samples, and production references.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 3 6 years of experience in têxtile design, preferably in luxury fashion, sportswear, or athleisure.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and têxtile CAD software.
- Excellent understanding of fabric properties, weaving, knitting, and printing techniques.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
