Quant Analytics Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Quant Analytics Associate, within the Data & Analytics team. You will collaborate key stakeholders to formulate quantifiable goals and developing strategies to achieve these goals. You will engage in sales forecasting, budget managements, campaign lift report and pre/post campaign performance insights to help drive and scale Offers by developing direct relationship with merchants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product and D&A groups to define objectives and deliverables
- Develop timely and accurate sales forecast to sales team to help drive effective conversations between sales team and merchants
- Provide timely operation forecast to ops team to help accurate budget management
- Develop merchant facing lift reports, pre/post campaign performance for merchant campaign insights
- Convert data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story
- Measure the business performance and provide executive presentation to senior leadership

**Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- 3 + years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx and Tableau skills
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
- Critical and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- 2 years(with Masters) analytics experience
- Experiences in ad tech preferred
