**Job Title**: Remote Corporate Lawyer (India-Based)

**Location**: Remote - India

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements.Novalnet
- Advise on U.S. corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on international business operations and compliance issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. corporate law and relevant international legal developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized Indian university; additional qualifications or certifications in U.S. law are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with exposure to U.S. legal matters.
- Strong understanding of U.S. corporate legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Working Hours**:
This is a remote position requiring overlap with U.S. business hours. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate time zone differences.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
