**Miracle Coatings Private Ltd (Formerly Bangalore Paints Pvt Ltd)** was established in 1980 and manufacturers the entire range of decorative paints - internal and external, masonry finishes and special industrial formulations paints and coatings.

The Company has in the past has been contract (toll) manufacturing for larger paint companies, like Goodlass Nerolac, Shalimar Paints Limited, Jenson & Nicholson, Bombay Paints Limited, etc.

Simultaneously the Company has signed note-worthy foreign collaborations for high value products, both in the decorative segment as well as in the industrial segment, adding to our technical expertise and knowledge.

The Company has a technical collaboration, for the manufacture of specialized Industrial Coatings with **Brillux **- Germany, which is one the largest paint companies in Germany having a turnover of almost Euro 600 million.

**MCPL is looking for a Site Supervisor (Painting Work)**

The job description is as below:

- Supervise a team of painters, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to schedule painting activities in alignment with project timelines.
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train new painters on proper painting techniques and safety protocols.
- Order and maintain painting supplies and equipment inventory.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to painting team members.
- Collaborate with other construction trades to ensure seamless coordination of work activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as a painter in the construction industry, **with at least [0-1] years of experience.**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to painting and construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
