Position Overview:*

*Responsibilities:*

2. *Curriculum Development:* Collaborate with the academic department to develop and enhance course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments, to ensure alignment with program objectives and industry standards.

3. *Student Mentorship:* Provide academic guidance and support to students, including advising on course selection, career paths, and academic success strategies.

4. *Research and Scholarship:* Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations, to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of accounting theory.

6. *Committee Participation:* Contribute actively to departmental and institutional committees, meetings, and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and collegial academic environment.

7. *Student Assessment:* Design and administer fair and rigorous assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

*Experience:* Demonstrated expertise in accounts theory, financial reporting, and related topics, with a minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience.
