Maintaining Business Development Sheet update with all relevant details within TATs in consultation with Team members (to be kept in the loop from initial communication)
- Confirming primary feasibility for new RFQ parts Domestic customer from technical person.
- Business development sheet regularly updated in CRM system.
- Stay in regular touch with key clients (existing and prospective), maintain professional relationships, and assist in the conversion of inquiries to sales orders.
- Correspond and communicate updates to customers about the technical queries (pass on to technical person) or any status updates (proto/pilot).
- Forecast planning for RM plan in case of new project parts.
- Conducting pre-sales & post-sales activity for new project parts.
- To raise demand for sample requisition SR, proposal drawing, BOM, any other require reports by customers from the company internal team.
- Following up for approval of submitted part to the customer.
- Review on Customer Complaint Register weekly closure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
