**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
- Support employer branding and HR initiatives when required.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good understanding of hiring trends and HR practices.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or HR preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
