**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- To manage, interpret and integrate predictive maintenance, Electrical equipment surveillance and function test data associated with downstream petrochemical, refinery and gas assets.
- Shall able to guide team to develop equipment strategies through PM optimisation, Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Good engineering judgement to optimise equipment inspection test intervals.
- To revive and find defects in the SLDs, P & IDs, Data Sheets, Power distribution, Electrical control logics and CMMS work order history of equipment.
- Reliability Tools knowledge like Merdium, Document control data bases.
- Should able to guide and develop the team.

Required Qualification and competencies:

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering 16 to 18 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical and oil and gas industries.
- Working experience in reliability techniques like RCA,FMEA, Bad actor analysis, Cause and effect analysis, trip and alarm logics, HAZOP analysis, RAM study ,Reliability analytics, RCM, Reliability and availability calculations, MTTR and MTBF.
- Lead and facilitates best practice sharing, process enhancement and special initiatives to drive reliability efficiency and effectiveness.
- Executes current state analysis studies of regional assets and determines the most efficient and effective processes to ensure asset deliver their required levels of service through their life-cycle, at an appropriate level of risk, at mínimal cost.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
- Knowledge in reading equipment data sheets, vendor manuals.
- Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams.
