**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Schedule meetings, manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and prepare documents.
- **Office Operations**: Handle mail, coordinate equipment maintenance, and assist with technology troubleshooting.
- **Collaboration & Support**: Assist HR with onboarding, coordinate with other departments, and support vendor and client relations.
- **Event Coordination**: Help plan and organize office events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assist with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for employees.
- **Coordination for Senior Management & Directors**: Provide administrative support to senior management and directors by coordinating meetings, schedules, and logistics.
- **General Office Assistance**: Maintain a tidy reception area, ensure security protocols, and provide general office support.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with office equipment and video conferencing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and ability to handle issues professionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
