**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.
- Provide detailed information about Veer Mahindra's new vehicle models, features, and pricing.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations to showcase the benefits and unique selling propositions of Veer Mahindra's new vehicles.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
- **Test Drives**:
- Arrange and conduct test drives for customers to allow them to experience the features and performance of new vehicles.
- Highlight key selling points during test drives.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for new vehicles.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales volume and profitability.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and information as needed.
- **Customization Options**:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences for vehicle customization.
- Coordinate with the customization team to fulfill customer requests.
- **Financing Consultation**:
- Assist customers in understanding financing options and guide them through the financing process.
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure competitive financing terms.
- **Documentation Handling**:
- Manage and organize all sales-related documentation, including sales contracts and customer information.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
- **Follow-up and After-sales Service**:
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the after-sales service team to address any post-purchase requirements.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, service, and customization, to ensure a comprehensive and seamless customer experience.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
