**Responsibilities**:
Pro-actively supporting the Treasury Back Office Services Manager - APAC and taking responsibility for handling assigned related back office tasks in Siemens Healthineers Asia Pacific including:

- Deal Confirmation & Settlement: checking and processing of confirmations, checking and enhancement of entries, market conformity checks, clarifications of non-matches, controlling and reconciliation of settlements
- Monitoring of Treasury Payments: checking execution of payments for treasury deals, reconciliation with bank account statements, monitoring due dates
- Limit Controlling: monitoring counterparty credit limits, reporting of violations, preparation of usage reports
- Quarterly Bank Confirmations: initiate and reconcile bank statements, clarify differences
- Bank Account Administration: requesting, KYC, opening, closing accounts, mandates, onboarding, static data, cash pool arrangements
- Regulatory Reporting: central bank reporting, reporting to financial market regulator, LEI maintenance
- **Interfaces**

External: Banks representatives, Statutory Auditors and Group companies
- Internal: Siemens Healthineers Treasury, Finance, Accounting and Controlling, Tax, and Risk and Internal Control (RIC).- Experience/Skillset/KnowledgeCompleted a university degree ideally in business administration (with specialization in treasury, economics, accounting, or finance).
- 5 -8 years of professional Treasury Back Office experience gained within a Corporate Treasury department of a MNC or an international Bank; and ideally focused on the Asia Pacific region

- Strong analytical skills with structured thinking capabilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy
- Understanding of markets & products related to FX and commodities and Money Markets, various banking processes & understanding of regulatory aspects
- Familiarity and proficiency in using Treasury Management Systems (ideally ITS) and Microsoft Office Suite products
