- Use and navigate admission portals and software efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission procedures and policies for Canadian and U.S. educational institutions.
- Liaise with educational institutions to ensure smooth processing of admissions.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the admission process.
- Stay informed about changes in admission procedures and requirements in Canada and the USA.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in admissions management for Canadian and U.S. colleges or universities.
- In-depth knowledge of direct admission processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in using admission portals and related software.
- Strong understanding of the admission procedures and requirements for both Canada and the USA.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within an educational consultancy.
