Qualifications Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to interact with prospective students, families, and colleagues Proficient knowledge and understanding of international admissions processes and procedures Customer service experience, focusing on delivering a positive and supportive admissions journey Familiarity with the education sector and knowledge of academic admissions practices Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; experience in admissions is highly beneficial Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English, is advantageous
