**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer with 3- 4 years of hands
- on experience in performance marketing to drive measurable results for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who can move comfortably between data and creativity
- balancing the art of brand storytelling with the science of growth.

At Panorbit, you won’t just be “running ads.” You’ll be building growth engines that awareness as well as conversion campaigns. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing and strategy teams to craft campaigns that not only stop thumbs but also convert into installs, sign
- ups, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Marketing & Growth-**
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Own the full funnel strategy - awareness, acquisition, activation, retention.
- Set up and manage ad accounts, budgets, and experiments with a sharp focus on ROI, CPA, and CPL.
- Continuously test creatives, targeting, and funnels to unlock scalable growth.

**Analytics & Insights-**
- Track and analyze campaign data using GA4, GTM, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Build dashboards and reports that go beyond numbers
- delivering actionable insights.
- Define and measure KPIs for every campaign, translating them into learnings for future work.

**Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and filmmakers to ensure ads and campaigns are not only effective but creatively compelling.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming with performance perspectives (what works + what scales).
- Partner with the content team on landing page optimization and conversion copywriting.

**Exploration & Growth Hacking**:

- Stay ahead of the curve on adtech, new formats, and growth tools.
- Explore unconventional growth opportunities
- partnerships, referral loops, influencer collabs.
- Bring ideas that blend creativity + performance in ways AI or automation can’t.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3- 4 years of proven experience in growth/performance marketing.
- Strong track record of managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube campaigns, and attribution models.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Data Studio, Mixpanel or similar).
- Sharp problem
- solving skills and the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- A data
- driven mindset with a flair for creativity.
- Comfort working in a fast

- style environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
