Position: Client Account Manager

Job Location: Nagpur
**Job Description**:

- Handle and resolve clients requests and queries.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements.
- Ensure the collect products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

**Skills**:

- Should have 1-2 years of experience in handling clients and being a client account manager.
- Proven experience in Client Account Management/key account management.
- Knowledge and experience in BGV industry is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
