**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate new sales leads through networking, marketing, and prospecting.
- Conduct property tours and open houses.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and local neighborhoods.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and escrow companies as needed.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently.
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and company events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales; real estate experience preferred.
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Pay: ₹226,709.13 - ₹746,424.48 per year
