**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed 3D models for various construction projects.
Requirement for Arch. ID works - Modelling and Sheet preparation works.

1)Experience in Revit Architecture

2) Ability to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 300

3) Ability to create parametric families

4) Should be aware of BIM Process

5) Knowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections, details)

6) Attention to details, and an attitude to never compromise with quality.

7) Fast Learner Ability to handle the tasks independently.

8) Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with team members of different disciplines

9) Strong English written and verbal communication skills is must

**Duties**:

- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks to develop accurate 3D models
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to incorporate design changes
- Create 2D animations and schematics for project visualization
- Assist in mechanical design tasks
- Draft and build models based on project specifications

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Sketchup
- Experience with NavisWorks for clash detection
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles
- Ability to create detailed 2D animations
- Familiarity with drafting and building processes
