Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the early childhood curriculum and foster holistic development.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports learning and development. Manage classroom behavior and interactions effectively.
- **Child Assessment**: Observe and assess each child’s development and learning progress. Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's growth and areas of improvement.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of young children.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom. Follow all school policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.
- **Parent Communication**: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/guardians. Provide regular updates and feedback on their child’s progress and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers, assistants, and school staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A teaching certification or diploma in early childhood education is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young children.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
