Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Develop Training Programs:
Create comprehensive Java training programs and materials, including slides, handouts, exercises, and projects.

Update training content to reflect the latest Java developments and best practices.

Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
- Deliver Training Sessions:
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Java programming.

Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and practical exercises.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to learners.
- Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Java development.

Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the Training Manager and other trainers to align training programs with organizational goals.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes.
- Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
Proven experience as a Java Developer.

Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or in a similar educational role is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Patience and the ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
