**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear, accurate, and polite responses in fluent English.
- Maintain proper records of client communications.
- Coordinate internally to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Must be **fluent in English** - verbal and written
- Basic computer and internet usage knowledge
- Calm and professional communication style
- Prior experience in client/customer support is an advantage

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple queries at once
- Positive and client-focused attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
