CV**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Accountant and Admin to manage administrative tasks and ensure that the financial records of the company are accurate and up to date. This dual role will require a versatile individual who can balance office management with accounting duties while maintaining efficiency in both areas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain and organize office files and records (both digital and paper).
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹9,482.26 - ₹41,565.44 per month
