**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries or complaints.
- Maintain records of calls and useful information in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned targets such as sales conversions, lead generation, or collections.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines while engaging customers.
- Conduct surveys or gather feedback when required.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication in required languages.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, data entry).
- Patience, confidence, and problem-solving ability.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: High School Diploma (12th pass)
- Preferred: Graduate in any discipline

**Experience**:

- Entry-level to 2+ years depending on the job role.
- Freshers are often welcome with good communication skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
