Key Responsibilities:

- **Design and Prototype**: Utilize Adobe XD, Figma (preferred), and other prototyping tools to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed mockups that effectively illustrate design concepts.
- **Graphic Creation**: Design attractive graphics, icons, and assets tailored to digital platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
- **UI/UX Development**: Develop and enhance user interfaces that focus on usability, accessibility, and visual impact, leveraging a strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
- **Collaborative Brainstorming**: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to conceptualize design solutions that improve user interaction and engagement.
- **Iterative Design Process**: Work within an iterative process to refine and enhance designs based on feedback, user testing, and project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic creation and editing.
- **Prototyping Tools**: Hands-on experience with Adobe XD and Figma (preferred) to design interactive wireframes and mockups.
- **Design Fundamentals**: Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design ideas and concepts.

**Experience**:

- **Professional Background**: Minimum 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your capabilities.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in collaborative environments with agile development teams.
- Background in digital branding and multimedia design.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
