**Technology Officer**:
Tolins Foods Kerala’s fastest growing FMCG Food manufacturer is looking for a Technology Officer for operation and improvement of ERP Software & Sales Channel Automation (SCA) Software from the Corporate Office in Kalady. Responsible for smooth operations of ERP Software in 2 Production Factories, Main Office with 35 Users and Sales Channel Automation (SCA) Software with 100 Users across 14 Warehouses and Field Sales Staff.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the business of Tolins Foods from a sales channel point of view. Workflow of sales team, finance team, warehouse team, logistics & tax team. (Trainings would be provided)
- Collate new requirements from business users
- Evaluate if the requirements are beneficial to system to be built in or if there is a work around that could be suggested to business users.
- Co-ordination with software vendor who has provided the solution in case of any bugs
- Capacity to do data validations
- Help on board new users by necessary trainings to system based on our expansion plan
- Plan and maintain the master data accurately
- Do data validation with the support of finance team for finance related aspects
- Ensuring 100% software uptime & minimize operational delay due to software
- Be the go-to person and cross-functional expert internally for SCA
- Ensure cleanliness of master data & reports by eliminating data flow gaps
- Periodic warehouse and depot visit and support for stock audit
- High level idea on infrastructure and manage renewals by coordinating necessary vendors (Eg: printers, tab, AWS account management (Payment only), SSL, domain renewals, SMS Gateway)
- Be a bridge between ERP vendor and SCA vendor.

**Educational Requirements**

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) & Master's in Business Administration (MBA) having 2 years relevant experience in the required field.

**Experience**

**Remuneration and other facilities**

Package is from Rs 20,000/- to Rs 25,000/-. Remuneration is not a constraint for the right person.

Accommodation will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
