The Field Collection Supervisor will manage a team of field agents responsible for collecting payments from customers. This position ensures that collection operations in the field are executed efficiently, customer interactions are professional, and that team performance aligns with company objectives. The supervisor is also responsible for monitoring key metrics, addressing issues in real-time, and maintaining accurate reporting.

**Field Supervisor Role and Responsibility:

Team Supervision:

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of field collection agents.
- Assign and monitor daily routes and tasks for collection agents.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to field staff.

Field Collection Management:

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective field collection operations.
- Ensure that collection agents meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Review and analyze collection data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Resolve escalated customer disputes and issues related to overdue payments.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure that all collection activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of field collections, customer interactions, and payment details.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on field collections to management.

Customer Interaction:

- Oversee field agents’ interactions with customers to ensure professionalism and adherence to service standards.
- Address customer complaints related to field collections and provide resolutions in a timely manner.

Operational Efficiency:

- Continuously seek to improve collection processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and track field collection budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure all equipment used by field agents (e.g., mobile devices, vehicles) is in proper working condition.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with field collections, including potential safety issues for field agents.
- Report and document any incidents or safety concerns in the field.

**Field Supervisor Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in collections, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Freshers can also applied.
- Experience in managing teams and handling customer relations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance in collections.
- Proficient in MS Office and collection management software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, as required.
