This position will focus on preparing and aligning the weekly and monthly internal cash flow reporting’s for the projects, invoicing to clients, follow up of AR and AP items to make sure collections and payments are made on a timely manner and identify reasons behind late payments.

What will you do?
- Prepare and report the project cash flows weekly and monthly with input from project team.
- Set up and drive weekly calls with each project (SCM and PM) to discuss cash related issues in the project.
- Monitor supplier invoices in Oracle/Kofax and push organization to handle the approval steps well in time before due date. If any system issues - contract the right persons to get them solved in time.
- Follow up on collections and push projects to ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate accurate preparation and review of client invoices in accordance with contract terms. (Middle hand between PM and finance shared service center)
- Check and ensure hedged currency flows are booked with correct rate in Oracle.
- Perform root cause analysis related to late paid supplier invoices and log reasons so that actions can be taken to further mitigate late payments.

Experience, Education and other Required:

- Working within AP/AR or have worked close to these functions.
- Understanding what parameters effects a project’s cash flow.
- Ability to gather and analyze data.
- MS Excel skills
- Ability to support to develop process-improvements.
- Strong ability to structure your own work.
- Easy and willing to constantly learn new things.- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
