**Job Description: Chef cum Server Location**:
Arakere, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and professional Chef cum Server to manage meal preparation and serving at a private residence. The individual will also oversee a team of cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations, quality, and timeliness of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Culinary Expertise: o Prepare high-quality meals as per the preferences and dietary requirements of the household. o Plan menus, including daily meals, special occasions, and events. o Maintain a well-stocked kitchen, including sourcing and procuring fresh ingredients.

2. Supervision and Coordination: o Oversee and manage a team of cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations. o Train and guide cooks on food preparation techniques, hygiene, and presentation standards. o Monitor team performance and address any challenges to maintain efficiency.

3. Serving Duties: o Personally serve meals during dining hours, ensuring timely and professional service. o Maintain a courteous and polished demeanor while interacting with household members and guests. o Ensure the dining area is set up appropriately for each meal.

4. Hygiene and Maintenance: o Ensure the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas meet the highest cleanliness and organizational standards. o Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.

5. Inventory and Budget Management: o Maintain inventory records of kitchen supplies and groceries. o Manage budgets for food and kitchen-related expenses efficiently.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
- Leadership skills with experience overseeing a culinary team.
- Strong understanding of various cuisines and ability to adapt to preferences.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to adapt to the household's schedule and special requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
