**Designation**:

- **CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Inspector** - Fixture & Tools Manufacturing
**Qualification**:

- Diploma in **Mech/ BE. Mech/ B.Tech. Openings** **- 3**

**Experience**:

- 2 to 4 years. **Salary**:

- As per market standards

**Report to**:

- Quality Head.

**Job Location**:

- Chinchwad MIDC.

**Responsibilities-**

1. Operate and program CMM machine (e.g., **Hexagon**) using software **Power Inspect & PolyWorks**

2. Perform dimensional inspections of fixtures, jigs, tooling components, and prototypes.

3. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

4. Generate and maintain inspection reports and documentation.

5. Collaborate with toolmakers, engineers, and quality teams to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

6. Support first article inspection (FAI) and in-process inspections during fixture/tool fabrication.

7. Ensure calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.

8. Recommend design improvements based on inspection findings.

**Required Skills-**

1. Experience with **fixture/tool manufacturing** processes is highly desirable.

2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

3. Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

4. Strong understanding of **GD&T, metrology, and mechanical drawings**.
