Designation
- **CMM** (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Inspector - Fixture & Tools Manufacturing

Qualification
- Diploma in Mech/ BE. Mech/ B.Tech. Openings - 3

Experience
- 2 to 4 years.

Salary
- As per market standards

Report to
- Quality Head.

Job Location
- Chinchwad MIDC.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Operate and program CMM machine (e.g., **Hexagon**) using software **Power Inspect & PolyWorks**

2. Perform dimensional inspections of fixtures, jigs, tooling components, and prototypes.

3. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

4. Generate and maintain inspection reports and documentation.

5. Collaborate with toolmakers, engineers, and quality teams to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

6. Support first article inspection (FAI) and in-process inspections during fixture/tool fabrication.

7. Ensure calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.

8. Recommend design improvements based on inspection findings.

**Required Skills**:

- 1. Experience with **fixture/tool**manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

3. Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

4. Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology, and mechanical drawings.
