**Marketing Executive**:
We are on the look-out for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit Schools & Colleges to arrange seminars for the Counsellors.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns on the ground.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other marketing-related activities to represent the company and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably in a Educational industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and strategic thinking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
