**About Us**

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to actively promote our workshop services to potential customers, increase customer footfall, and strengthen relationships with businesses and individual car owners. This role is critical in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction through on-ground marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Ground Marketing**:

- Visit housing societies, offices, and car parking lots to distribute flyers and promote services.
- Conduct demonstrations or awareness campaigns about our services in key areas.
- **Customer Outreach**:

- Engage with car owners, fleet operators, and businesses to pitch our services.
- Offer tailored packages to B2B clients like aggregators and fleet operators.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential leads and maintain a database of prospects.
- Generate inquiries and pass them to the sales team for conversion.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate special offers or promotions.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns like service camps or free check-ups.
- **Market Feedback**:

- Collect and report customer feedback and suggestions.
- Provide insights on competitor activities or new customer trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous field marketing or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Basic knowledge of cars and servicing is an added advantage.
- **Other**:

- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Familiarity with the local market and target areas.
