
Sales Executive

**1. Business Development & Sales**:
- Identify and pursue new customers in the plastic bottle cap manufacturing sector (beverage, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
- Sell machinery including **plastic cap molding machines.**:
- Promote sales of spare parts and components such as **molds, heaters, nozzles, hydraulic parts, and control systems**.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and expand market presence in assigned regions.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, plant managers, and procurement teams.
- Understand customer production needs and recommend appropriate machines and configurations.
- Provide excellent after-sales support in coordination with the service and technical teams.
**3. Market Research & Strategy**:
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer demands in the plastic cap manufacturing industry.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to generate leads.
**4. Technical Communication & Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals.
- Understand machine specifications, production capacities, and tooling requirements.
- Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs.
**5. Documentation & Reporting**:
- Prepare sales reports, visit reports, proposals, and CRM entries regularly.
- Maintain documentation related to sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
