**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the front-line sales team by handling administrative and operational tasks that help streamline sales processes. This includes order processing, data entry, customer communication, CRM management, and report generation.

**English Fluency required**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices using CRM or ERP systems.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Liaise with internal departments (logistics, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a back-office or administrative sales role
- Knowledge of billing, documentation, and customer support procedures
- Familiarity with sales targets, KPIs, and performance tracking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
