**Job Summary**:
The Office Boy will handle various support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role includes maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling minor clerical duties, and running errands as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Collect and distribute documents, mail, and other correspondence within the office.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
- Support staff with minor administrative tasks as requested.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Run office-related errands such as going to the post office or bank.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a polite, helpful attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.

**Reporting To**:
Administrative Officer / Office Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
