Job Title: Office Peon / Office Assistant

Qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

Job Summary:

The Office Peon is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and smooth functioning of the office. They assist staff with routine tasks such as serving refreshments, handling deliveries, filing documents, and ensuring the office environment remains organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and documents.
  • Assist in photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Deliver documents or materials within or outside the office as required.
  • Support office staff in daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture, equipment, and pantry items.
  • Open and close the office on time.
  • Handle small errands, such as purchasing office supplies when needed.
  • Maintain discipline and follow office protocols diligently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of reading and writing.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and honest.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Courteous and respectful behavior towards staff and visitors.
