**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Conduct user research and testing to optimize designs for usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Figma for creating UI/UX designs.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (latest versions preferred).
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Budget: 5k(fresher with training, in training no stipend) - 20k(up to 2 years)MUST KNOW FIGMA AND GRAPHIC WORK, WEBSITE'S WIREFRAME ETC.**

**Compensation details**:
**1. 02 month of industrial training would be non paid.**
**2. Starting stipend after 2 months would be 5,000. (depends on performance)**
**3. Later on ctc will be upto 8,000 - 15,000 Monthly (depends on performance)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
