We are in search of a Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager who can successfully transform prospect leads into customers by presenting suitable residential/commercial properties that match their investment requirements.
Roles and responsibilities:
Generate sales of residential and commercial properties from leads provided
Accompany prospects on site visits, address their queries, and liaise with the developer
Provide after-sales services
**Requirements**:
Graduation/MBA degree/diploma
Positive attitude, hardworking, and enjoys sales
Excellent communication skills
Must have a conveyance
Laptop required
**Benefits**:
Fixed salary with sales incentives
Travel reimbursement for official work
**Salary**: ₹11,191.85 - ₹35,019.90 per month
