**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring center staff, and providing feedback to HO.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Developing and managing relations with Insurance companies & fleet owners
- Develop local area **marketing strategy**:

- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Responsible for regular **reporting** (MIS, Customer Service Records, Inventory, etc.)
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
